KUALA LUMPUR: E.A. Technique (M) Bhd has sought shareholder approval to dispose of three marine vessels for RM60.12mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Nautica Kota Tinggi will be sold to Petroleum Gulf Energy Trading LLC for US$4.65mil (RM20.69mil) following their memorandum of agreement in June.

Meanwhile, Nautica Maharani and Nautica Muar (pic) will be sold to non-related third parties to be identified later for at least US$4mil (RM17.8mil) and US$4.86mil (RM21.64mil), respectively.
